Welcome to the first article of Chef MoBo's Kitchen!
For the very first article, Chef MoBo has prepared Springy Spaghetti specially for you!

Serving: 2

Ingredients:















1. Spaghetti
2. Button Mushroom



3. Pasta sauce (best plain)
4. Garlic (1/8 clove)
5. Onion (1/2)
6. Minced meat
7. Mixed Vegetables (Frozen)
8. Salt
9. Pepper (optional)
9. Cheese (optional)

Steps:









1. Take out 1/3 packet of spaghetti and break them into half.


2. Bring about 1/2 pot of water to boil.

3. Put in the spaghetti.

4. Add a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.

5. Drain the water away and have the spaghetti in a plate after boiling it for about 10min or so.

6. Minced the onion and garlic.

7. Slice the button mushrooms.

8. Wash the Mixed Vegetables.

9. Put a tablespoon of oil into the frying pan.

10. Put the ingredients in as followed:

- Onion and Garlic (fry till a little golden brown)

- Meat

- Mixed Vegetables

-Button Mushroo

11. Stir-fry it till it is cooked.

12. Take the frying pan off the stove.

13. Pour in 1/2 bowl of pasta sauce, followed by 1/2 bowl of water.

14. Mix it well.

Question: Why take the frying pan off?

Answer: Tomato paste is VERY sesitive to heat. If you just pour the sauce over, it might splatter about on your clothes. Tomato is the hardest thing to wash off from your clothes.

15. Pour the mixture over the spaghetti and enjoy.
