101 Ways To Lose Weight (Part V)

47. Dance while you eat (careful not to drop food on the floor while you are dancing. Hip Hop music recommended.)
48. Do 100 jumping jacks a day.
49. Stand under 12 noon Sun for several hours until you sweat alot. Perspiration helps to lose weight.
50. Wear a belt everyday and make it tight. But don't suffocate.
51. Pass more motion every morning. Shit also has weight.
52. Go to Jean Yip.
53. Jump around like a kangaroo when you have any free time.
54. Eat more veggies and less meat.
55. Find a 25 storey flat and walk up and down everyday. ( A bit like garang guni but who cares when you can lose weight? )
56. Watch Downsize Me every Thursday 9 pm on Channel 70. Copy their exercises to lose weight.
