101 Ways to Lose Weight (Part II)

In this series the 3 of us will teach readers how to lose weight and have a healthier body and lifestyle. Today 10 tips will be taught try it out and see which one suits you the best.
13. To climb upstairs instead of using the lift or escalator.
14. Listen to more music then you will dance to the beat.
15. Eat less drink more water.
16. Use I-Gallop.
17. Try and do exercises like sit-ups when you are watching the television etc.
18.Go to gym everyday.
19. Do sports which you enjoy.
20. Don't hibernate.
21. Don't weight yourself everyday.
22. Do 15- 30 minutes of aerobic exercise in the evening.
23. Create a situation to walk or run 5 km, 10 km ( 3-6 miles).
