101 Ways To Lose Weight

In this series the 3 of us will teach readers how to lose weight and have a healthier body and lifestyle. Today 12 tips will be taught try it out and see which one suits you the best. Remember, cook more not eat more! (Results might vary)
- Skip 100 times everyday.
- Eat less.
- Exercise more. ( If you have been told by your doctor not to do any types of exercise, consult him/her before trying out anything new)
- Eat more healthy food.
- Eat slimming pills.
- Have a balanced diet.
- Use U-Zap.
- Set a routine to go to bed at the same time every night.
- Go slimming centre regularly.
- Sweat more.
- Stand up more then you sit down.
- Do more yoga.
