101 Ways To Lose Weight

In this series the 3 of us will teach readers how to lose weight and have a healthier body and lifestyle. Today 12 tips will be taught try it out and see which one suits you the best. Remember, cook more not eat more! (Results might vary)

  1. Skip 100 times everyday.
  2. Eat less.
  3. Exercise more. ( If you have been told by your doctor not to do any types of exercise, consult him/her before trying out anything new)
  4. Eat more healthy food.
  5. Eat slimming pills.
  6. Have a balanced diet.
  7. Use U-Zap.
  8. Set a routine to go to bed at the same time every night.
  9. Go slimming centre regularly.
  10. Sweat more.
  11. Stand up more then you sit down.
  12. Do more yoga.
